Cancellation Policy
– Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid charges.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. A credit card authorization is required at the time of booking.
We recommend checking in at the Spa Reception at least 20 minutes before your first appointment. This allows time for a brief discussion about your expectations and a chance to relax before your treatment. Please note that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
